A family business & a global vision
Euro Farm Foods is a family-run beef processor with operations in Ireland and Wales, built on more than two decades of experience and strong relationships with local farming communities. Founded by Michael and Agnes Fox in 2001, the business has grown from a small local processing plant into a modern, export-focused operation. Today, our facilities in Co. Meath and Pembrokeshire collectively process more than 100,000 cattle annually, sourced from over 10,000 farmers. Combining modern processing facilities with full farm-to-fork traceability, we supply quality Irish and Welsh beef to customers at home and in international markets.
IRELAND
The Fox family established Euro Farm Foods in 2001 when they took over a small facility outside Duleek, Co. Meath, in the historic Boyne Valley. They developed this into a modern slaughter and production facility in 2002–03 and won Department of Agriculture approval to export in 2004. From 2005, the company concentrated on beef production. A major €3.5 million expansion in 2012–13 added a new deboning hall, increased chilling capacity and improved staff and office facilities, significantly increasing the scale of the operation. In 2020, Euro Farm Foods reached another important milestone when the Duleek facility processed its one-millionth bovine. Today, the Irish operation continues to source quality-assured cattle from farmers throughout the region, maintaining the close connection with Irish agriculture on which the business was founded.

THE BOYNE VALLEY
This is a fertile agricultural region stretching across counties Meath and Louth, with farming deeply embedded in its landscape and history. Its productive pastures and long agricultural tradition make it a natural home for quality Irish beef and food production.
WALES
In 2019, the Fox family partnered with the Kerslake family to establish Euro Farm Wales at Withybush, Haverfordwest, extending the family-business approach into the heart of Pembrokeshire’s farming country. With strong connections to the local agricultural community, the facility now processes more than 35,000 cattle annually, sourced from Welsh farmers and Red Tractor approved farms. Euro Farm Wales is also an approved slaughter and cutting facility for PGI Welsh Beef, reflecting the provenance, traceability and high production standards at the heart of the operation. The partnership brings together the experience of two families with a shared commitment to farming, quality and the future of Welsh beef production.

PEMBROKESHIRE
This is one of Wales’s great agricultural regions, renowned for its rich farmland, mild maritime climate and strong farming heritage. Its landscape supports thriving beef and dairy industries, with generations of local farmers contributing to the quality and provenance of Welsh produce.
